Writing is therapeutic; it’s a session on paper between you and God. When you allow the Holy Spirit to lead your disclosures, you’ll discover the emotional journey is not too hard. Flow freely in your expression, writing honestly about feelings and thoughts. Don’t focus on being an editor; remember, you’re not writing a formal report. Identify and confess any past traumas or present problems holding you back. In writing, cast your cares on The Lord Jesus, who can deliver you and put you on a customized track. Breathe deeply to center and connect with God, Shift from your head to your heart space. Allow whatever comes forth to rise to the surface, this is your truth that needs to be fully embraced. When you actively seek it, feel it and write it, you can process, heal and release anything. You diminish the power of lingering shame and pain and are no longer affected by their sting. You remove toxic energy from your body, improving your health- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
